Mac Miller's cause of death revealed

A coroner has ruled rapper Mac Miller's death an accidental overdose due to a combination of drugs and alcohol.

Furthermore, the coroner's office has categorized Miller's death as an accidental overdose. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.

The report also detailed that he was found by his assistant in a "praying position" kneeling forward with his face resting on his knees.

The autopsy also revealed pulmonary edema (fluid buildup in lungs), and froth of the upper airways, as well as an abrasion on the nose with blood of the right nostril.

Days before his death, there were reports that he had broken up with his girlfriend, the singer Ariana Grande. An unnamed insider told People "this is such a shock".
