"Censors Cleared It": Rajinikanth Slams AIADMK Protests Against 'Sarkar'

Amid all the protests and controversies, Vijay's Sarkar is still managing to run to packed houses in theatres.

Even as All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam protests Vijay's latest offering Sarkar, the film directed by ARMurugadoss is doing wonders at the box office.

His tweet reads, "The censor board, after censoring the film and certifying it, to protest for the removal of certain scenes from the movie, to stop from the film from being screened and destroying the film banner, is against the law".

Nationals’ rejected offer to Bryce Harper was a record-setting $300M
Aside from Washington, the Chicago Cubs , San Francisco Giants and several other teams are expected to pursue his services. Harper in the middle of that lineup could certainly help the team break its three-year playoff drought.

On the other hand, reports are coming that distributors / exhibitors, makers of Sarkar agree to cut controversial scenes from film on the pressure of AIADMK leaders. "I strongly condemn those actions".

Just how the Kollywood film fraternity had stood together in support of the makers of Mersal past year, high-profile stars from the Tamil film industry such as Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan and Vishal also batted for Sarkar and strongly condemned the demands of the party supporters, some of whom even engaged in violence. He said, "It isn't new for this Government to act and pressurise against a film like Sarkar, that has completed its censor formalities properly". The party also has taken offence to comments made regarding freebies that are distributed during election suggesting that a scene in the film, which burns the said freebies, can cause violence in the state. As the actor is debuting in Tamil soon, he certainly needs to bag the love of all the star heroes fans. A government that can't face criticism can go off the tangent.

He then enters politics and says that he will bring about a change in the society in one day.
