Elon Musk stuck in middle of truly freakish celeb feud

By her telling, Banks was there to collaborate on a song with Musk's girlfriend, the pop star Grimes, but things didn't quite go as planned. But instead, the couple went into hiding as Musk was frantically "scrounging" for investors after his August 7 tweet.

"They bring me out there on the premise that we would hang and make music", she told the outlet.

"I saw him in the kitchen tucking his tail in between his legs scrounging for investors to cover his arse after that tweet", she said. Banks continued her Instagram tirade through Monday, calling Grimes a "dirty-sneaker-inbred. methhead junkie" and Musk a "beta male" who "took steroids and got hair plugs to convince himself he was an alpha", as well as a "mutant", "alien", and "caveman", among other slurs.

According to Banks, Musk posted his tweet about taking Tesla private while on acid, and then started worrying that he'd gotten himself in trouble because he hadn't yet secured the funding he needed. "He was stressed and red in the face".

Earlier this year Azealia Banks reported that she had plans to finish a track with Grimes that was set to be included on her next album "Fantasea II: The Second Wave".

Apparently, it's very easy to get into Elon Musk's house.

Both artists had been open in the past about their desire to work together, and recently Banks had said that she was just putting the finishing touches on the album with just two songs to finish, including one that would see her flying to LA to work with Grimes.

Banks also said that she was not trying to eavesdrop but that Musk seemed to be scrambling.

"I waited around all weekend while Grimes coddled her boyfriend for being too stupid to know not to go on Twitter while on acid", she alleged. "Grimes has yet to comment directly on Banks" social media outburst, but when one Twitter follower asked what was going on with the collaboration, she suggested it was still in the works.

Gizmodo reached out to Musk for comment over Twitter DM, and he claimed to have "never even met [Banks] or communicated with her in any way".

A Tesla spokesperson has since said her claims were "complete nonsense".

"He's not cute at all in person".

The ever confrontational Banks compared her experience living at his house to 'Get Out, ' a series that shows women going to various locations for adventures.

This weekend, Musk mostly stuck to Tweeting about short shorts.

"I could run Tesla better than he does", Banks told Business Insider of Musk.
