In New Trump Suit, Stormy Daniels Accuses President of Defamation
The suit notes that Trump's tweet was linked to another user's message suggesting that the sketch is one of Daniels' ex-husband. Daniels, through her attorney, Michael Avenatti , claims that that particular tweet amounts to an act of defamation.

The SIT has filed an FIR under Sections 376 (rape), 511 (punishment of offences punishable with life) of the IPC and Section 8 (sexual assault) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO). The police are still looking for the others in the video, also believed to be teenagers. As the clip created furore, the Bihar Police have detained two persons for their alleged involvement in the case. It also led to the place of occurrence, a deserted stretch of rural road leading towards Bharthua village.

People are seen standing close by but none of them are seen making any efforts to stop the group. "However, the owner of the bike is yet to be arrested", said the IG.

Some torn papers from notebooks at the place of incident have thrown up a name and suggest that the girl was a student and was returning from her institution after the day's studies.

'We'll arrest those absconding involved in the incident soon and ensure speedy trial in the case'.
