Eurovision: Cyprus' entry Eleni Foureira is favourite to win 2018 song competition

Ukrainian singer MELOVIN with his song "Under The Ladder" will open the Grand Final of the Eurovision 2018 global song contest in Lisbon, which is to be held on Saturday, May 12. However, the voting results and the decision of the jury, the Russian singer will not participate in the final worldwide musical competition.

Other countries that qualified last night include Moldova, Hungary, Ukraine, Sweden, Australia, Norway, Denmark, Slovenia, and the Netherlands.

Russian Federation has gone through to the finals every year since the semi-final qualifying rounds were introduced.
