MI basketball star Moritz Wagner to sign with agent, enter NBA draft

MI big man, Moe Wagner, declared on Saturday that he is officially entering 2018 NBA Draft and hiring an agent.

While it's not too surprising given how Wagner performed this year, this is still a sad loss for MI.

Wagner averaged 14.6 points and 7.1 rebounds as a junior, earning second-team All-Big Ten honors and a place on the NCAA All-Tournament team.

Pacers President of Basketball Operations Kevin Pritchard now knows exactly when he'll be on the clock during the 2018 NBA Draft.

Chaos, consultation: Inside Trump's decision to strike Syria
French President Emmanuel Macron said Thursday that "we have proof" chlorine gas was used by Assad's regime. This aggression will only lead to inflaming tensions in the world and threatens worldwide security.

"This wasn't an easy decision for me", Wagner wrote. But I'm telling you guys - the idea of leaving MI, of leaving this community, is really tough.

"There's so many things about MI that I love, and that I'm going to miss". The 6-foot-11, 245-pound German forward, who idolizes Dallas Mavericks superstar and countryman Dirk Nowitzki, entered his name in the draft previous year but later withdrew it to stay in school for his junior season. "He truly embodies what MI basketball is all about. But to me, MI will always be this place where, if you work hard enough, and you work together enough - you can become your best self". "That part of his personality will always be a part of MI basketball lore".

Now, he will have his chance to play in the same league as the National Basketball Association legend.
