Another rain chance is possible for early on Tuesday, but the best chance of rain will be for southern areas. The Storm Prediction Center in Norman, OK places parts of central west Texas in a risk for some severe storms overnight into Monday. Highs for Monday will reach the low 80's under mostly cloudy to overcast conditions. Another upper level shortwave moves into the region during the afternoon and with the help of daytime heating, which assists in destabilizing the atmosphere, more storms could initiate and develop into towering thunderstorms that could produce more large hail and strong damaging winds. Winds E/N 5-15 miles per hour.

Tomorrow will continue with a slight chance of showers or patchy drizzle with decreasing clouds from northwest to southeast by the afternoon.

Next week is going to have many days of rain. We should see temps in the low 40's on Friday morning. As mentioned above one model is much colder than the other which means uncertainty exists on precipitation type. Rain potential will cease beginning on Thursday and sunshine will return for the remainder of the forecast with a quick warming trend expected. Saturday does look to be warmer than Easter Sunday so something to keep in mind it does look to be a cool and possibly wet for some on Easter/April Fool's Day this year.
